摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用米力农含量的方法。方法采用UltimateLP-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L-1的磷酸二氢钾溶液(用氢氧化钠试液调节pH值至6.8)(20∶80),检测波长为254nm。结果米力农在39.92~239.52μg.mL-1范围内线性关系(r=0.9999)良好,平均回收率为99.52%,RSD为0.38%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于注射用米力农的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Milrinone for Injection.METHODS A stable HPLC method was established,and the chromatography was accomplished on an Ultimate LP-C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate,(adjusted to pH 6.8 with sodium hydroxide solution)-acetonitrile(80∶20),the detection wavelength was 254nm;the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 39.92~239.52μg·mL-1(r=0.9999);The average recoveries were 99.52% with corresponding RSD of 0.38%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of Milrinone for Injection.
