摘要
目的建立阿奇霉素干混悬剂的溶出度测定方法。方法采用桨法,以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0)(0.1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液3000mL,加盐酸约20mL,调节pH值至6.0±0.05)500mL为溶出介质,转速为50r.min-1,溶出时间为30min,用HPLC法进行测定。结果本方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、准确,可为阿奇霉素干混悬剂溶出度的测定提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a dissolution method of Azithromycin for Suspension.METHODS The solution of pH 6.0 buffer 500mL were chosed as medium of the dissolution with paddle method which the speed was set at 50r·min-1.The dissolution time was 30min and determined by HPLC.RESULTS The linear relationship was good with average revocery of 100.5%（RSD=1.4%,n=9）.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate,can provide the basis for the determination of the Azithromycin for Suspension.
