不同贮藏温度对低需冷量梨品种横山梨和桂花梨花粉萌发率的影响

摘要 本文研究了低需冷量梨品种横山梨、桂花梨的花粉在常温、4℃和-20℃温度条件下贮藏的过程中其花粉萌发率的变化。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长,花粉萌发率逐渐下降,但下降的速度因贮藏温度不同而异,如横山梨的花粉在常温下贮藏1个月会完全丧失萌发力,在4℃下贮藏5个月的萌发率为零,而在-20℃条件下贮藏8个月以上其萌发率才下降为零,此外,在常温和4℃下桂花梨的花粉萌发率比横山梨下降得更慢,说明桂花梨的花粉更耐贮藏。 This paper studied on the pollen germination rates of two pear cultivars with low chilling requirement Hengshanli and Guihuali,which pollen hoarding at room temperature,4℃,-20℃.The results showed that pollen germination rate decreased gradually with the extension of storage time,but the pace of decline varied due to storage temperature.For example,the Hengshan pear pollen would be completely lost germination power stored at room temperature for 1 month,and the germination rate was zero while stored at 4℃ for 5 months,while under the conditions of-20℃ it has been more than that of 8 months before the germination rate decreased to zero.In addition,at room temperature and 4℃,Guihua pear pollen germination rate decreased more slowly than that of the Hengshan pear,it showed that the Guihua pear pollen was more resistant to storage.
