摘要
新中国成立初期,大陆地区和台湾地区为推动农业现代化、探索工业化道路,各自实行了有效的粮食购销政策。两岸粮食政策的制定背景、目的与任务有相近之处,但在粮价控制政策、农产品平衡生产、农村土地关系、执行政策的组织形式、农业投资程度、对农业现代化的贡献程度等方面存在差别。
In order to drive agricultural modernization and explore a new road to industrialization, the China's Mainland and Taiwan carried out effective food policies separately at the initial stage of the PRC. There is great similarity between the cross -strait food policies in making background, purpose and task ;however,there existed differences in the controlling policy of food price, production producing evenly, countryside land relationship, the organization type of implement policy, the degree of agricultural investment and the contribution degree of agricultural modernization.
