摘要
为探讨高分辨心电图对左心室肥大的诊断价值,观察22例左心室肥大患者及30例对照组滤波后QRS综合向量和高频滤过向量时间-电压积分,并与超声心动描记术所测左心室重量进行对比分析.结果发现:(1)左心室肥大组滤波后QRS综合向量及高频滤过向量时间-电压积分与对照组差异有非常显著意义(5.12±1.03mV比4.21±0.86mV,148.8±36.20mV·s比102.00±23.07mV·s,P<0.01).(2)高频滤过量时间-电压积分与左心室重量呈正相关(r=0.92,P<0.05).提示高分辨心电图可提高左心室肥大的诊断敏感性和准确性.
To investigate diagnostic value of signal - averaged electrocardio-gram(SAECG) in left ventricular hypertrophy, we studiedwave -fielded vector of QRS complex and high-frequency fielded time -voltage integral in 22 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and 30 controls without left ventricular hypertrophy and comparison was made with results of left ventricular weight measured byultra-cardiogram. We found: (1) in left ventricular hypertrophy subjects indices of high - frequency fielded time-voltage integral and wave-fielded veclor of QRS complex were significantly higher than those in controls(5. 12 ?1.03mV and 4.21?.86mV, 148.8?6.20mV ?sand 102.20?3.07mV.s, P <0.0l) ,(2) Index of high-frequency fielded time-voltage integral had very good relationship with left ventricular weight(r = 0.92, P < 0.05) , Our results suggest: adoption of SAECG system can improve sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.
