灵之素处理对‘早紫’葡萄生长和品质的影响

Effects of Lingzhisu Treatments on the Growth and Quality of 'Zaozi' Grape

以大棚栽培6年生葡萄(Vitis vinifera)‘早紫’品种为材料,从盛花期开始用"沃尔沃"叶面用生物灵之素喷施,研究了不同次数和不同浓度的灵之素对‘早紫’葡萄树生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明,从盛花期开始用550倍灵之素对‘早紫’葡萄喷施3次,叶片叶绿素含量最高,达32.33%;用550倍灵之素喷施2次,果实最大单穗重最大,达245.55 g,固酸比最大,为20.0,且可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量与对照均存在显著差异。结果表明,用550倍灵之素进行叶面喷施,不仅能提高‘早紫’葡萄的叶绿素含量,而且能增加果实可溶性固形物含量、降低可滴定酸含量、提高固酸比。

Six-year-old 'Zaozi' grape(Vitis vinifera)cultivated in large plastic house was used as experimental materials to explore the effects of different concentration of Lingzhisu solution and spray times on growth of the trees and fruit quality,beginning from full bloom of the trees,'Zaozi' grape was treated with 'Volvo' Lingzhisu foliage of 450 times,550 times and 650 times,the control was only foliar sprayed with water.The results showed that the best effect occurred when 'Zaozi' grape was foliar sprayed for three times with 550 times Lingzhisu foliage beginning from full bloom.The chlorophyll content of the leaves was highest and reached 32.33%.For the quality of the grape berry,the weight of single cluster was highest and reached 245.55 g.and total soluble solid(TSS)-was acid ratio was also the biggest and reached 20.0 when Lingzhisu 550 times was sprayed on the grape for two times starting from full bloom.and TSS,as well as titrable acid content of all treatments were also significantly different from those of the control after spraying Lingzhisu two times.In conclusion,on treatment of foliar spraying 550 times Lingzhisu the chlorophyll content was increased markedly compared with control,also the total soluble solid was increased,the titrable acid content was reduced and TSS/acid ratio was improved.
