摘要
为了解黄河三角洲地区不同类型土壤对池塘养殖效果的影响,分别对砂质土和砂壤土南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)养殖池塘的水质、浮游生物和底质进行了监测分析。结果表明:砂壤土池塘的DO、总碱度和NH+4-N高于砂质土池塘,pH、NO-2-N、TP和含盐量低于砂质土池塘,而COD差别不大。砂壤土池塘水体浮游生物的优势指数(D)、均匀度(J)好于砂质土池塘,浮游生物多样性指数(H)变化稳定。砂壤土池塘底质pH高于砂质土池塘、砂质土池塘底质TN、TP、水溶全盐量高于砂壤土池塘。南美白对虾平均单产量砂壤土池塘好于砂质土池塘。
In order to study the effects of different kinds of bottom mud on pond culture in Yellow River Delta,the water quality,plankton and bottom mud of the Penaeus vannamei culture ponds with sand loamy soil and sandy soil were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the DO,total alkalinity and NH+4-N content of the sand loamy ponds was significantly more than that of the sandy ponds.The pH value,NO-2-N,TN,TP and salinity content of the sand loamy ponds was significantly less than that of the sandy ponds.There was not significant difference between COD of the sand loamy ponds and sandy ponds.The plankton dominance index(D) and evenness degree(J) of the sand loamy ponds were significantly better than that of the sandy ponds and the diversity index(H) changed stably.The shrimp output of the sand loamy ponds was significantly higher than that of the sandy ponds.
