不同原子比PdCo/C氧还原电催化剂及耐甲醇性能

PdCo/C Electrocatalysts of Different Pd∶Co Atomic Ratios for Methanol Tolerant Oxygen Reduction Reaction

摘要 采用NaBH4为还原剂制备了三种不同原子比的PdCo/C电催化剂.采用X射线衍射(XRD)和旋转圆盘电极(RDE)技术对电催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,Co的引入使PdCo/C电催化剂的晶格常数较Pd/C减小,原子比为3∶1的PdCo/C电催化剂具有最高的氧还原活性和良好的耐甲醇性能. Carbon-supported PdCo electrocatalysts of different Pd: Co atomic ratios were synthesized by sodium borohydride reduction. These electroeatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction and rotating disk electrode technique. The results show that PdCo/C electrocatalysts has a single-phase face-centered-cubic disordered structure and the lattice constant is smaller than that of Pd/C electrocatalyst. The atomic ratio of 3:1 for the Pd- Co/C electrocatalyst has the highest oxygen reduction reaction activity and good methanol tolerant capability.
