摘要
论述了在应急物流管理中应急仓库优化选址问题,分析了应急物资仓库建立的必要性及重要性.为了较准确的分析选址方案对仓库布局覆盖能力及其广义时间费用的影响,在合理假设的基础上,构建应急仓库选址问题的集合覆盖双层规划模型,既考虑配送过程中广义时间费用最小(上层目标),且满足服务范围覆盖整个区域的应急仓库数目最小(下层目标),并以模拟退火算法求解问题最优解.最后以实例分析证明模型和算法的有效性,为决策部门在灾害管理的灾害准备阶段科学合理进行应急仓库选址提供参考依据.
Emergency warehouse location optimization problem of emergency logistic management was discussed in detail, and the importance and necessity of the emergency warehouse establishment was analyzed. In order to analyze accurately the influence of warehouse layout on the coverage ability and generalized time cost based on reasonable assumption, a bi-level programming model was constructed, considering the minimum generalized time cost of distribution process, and the minimum number of emergency warehouses covering the whole area to obtain the optimal solution by simulation annealing algorithm. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is analyzed and verified to provide emergency storage location reference for disaster management decision-making departments in the disaster preparation phase.
