摘要
本文阐述了磨损设计计算的重要性,提出了磨损设计计算的定义,全面、系统地介绍了世界知名的摩擦学专家J.F.Archard教授提出的磨损设计计算模型及其应用方法。本文参照机械零件强度设计计算一般表达式的形式,提出了计算磨损系数K_c和试验磨损系数K_t的概念,并以K_c≥K_t作为Archard模型磨损设计计算的表达式。
This paper expounded the importance of wear design calculation, gived its definition and the comprehensive and systematic introduction of the wear design calculation model, which was advanced by world known tribological expert I. F. Archard, and its application methods. According to the general expression form of mechanical detail strength design, this paper put forward the concept of calculating the wear coefficient K_c and experimental wear coefficient K_t, and used K_c≥K_t as the expression form of Archard wear design calculation.
