摘要
本文针对妇产科无痛人工流产术中不同麻醉方法的比较分析。得出结果在3种麻醉方法中芬太尼+异丙酚行无痛人工流产的麻醉,患者术后清醒迅速、完全、可控性强,临床上试行无痛人工流产术时值的推广。
Through comparative analysis of three types of anesthesia when used in painless induced abortion in this article,we get the conclusion that among the three types of anesthesia,the Fentanyl＋Diprivan group is deserve to be promoted clinically because patients in this group regain consciousness faster and completely,as well as more controllable.
