摘要
采用在轧机传动轴上布置电阻应变片的方式测量主传动轴扭矩的微应变信号,对信号进行计算机记录采样,获得工作时的扭矩变化。通过轧机工作状态下扭矩和波动量的大小来分析轧机主传动系统的强度及其对轧制过程的影响。
The micro-strain signal of the main shaft torque is measured and gained by the means of layouting the resistance strain gauge on the mill drive shaft. At the same time,the computer records the signal sampling to obtain the torque changes during the mill working.Make use of the size of the torque and fluctuations under the working condition to analyze the strength of the rolling mill main drive system and its impact on the rolling process.
