新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病高压氧治疗189例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察并总结高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效。方法将我院近年来新生儿病房收治的足月HIE患儿189例随机分成常规治疗组(94例)和高压氧治疗组(95例)。常规治疗组只给予药物治疗,高压氧治疗组在药物治疗基础上加高压氧治疗。对上述2组患儿,高压氧治疗组中在新生儿行为神经(NBNA)测试与对照组比较,显著高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结果高压氧治疗组有效率为97.8%,常规治疗组为79.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧对HIE有着良好的辅助治疗作用,有利于新生儿脑功能恢复和减少后遗症的发生。
