眉弓外侧切口联合下睑结膜内切口入路眶颧颌骨折的早期整复治疗

摘要 目的本文探讨选择眉弓外侧切口联合下睑结膜内切口入路,早期整复治疗眶颧颌骨折的方法。方法12例眶颧颌骨折患者,在伤后10~14d内,通过眉弓外侧切口联合下睑结膜内切口入璐暴露骨折断端,将移位的颧骨复位,并将嵌顿和疝入窦腔的软组织、眼外肌复位,微型钛板做骨折处坚固内固定。最后,用Medpor进行眶壁缺损修复和眶腔重建。结果面部畸形改善,眼球内陷得到明显矫正,眼球功能明显改善,无明显外观可见的瘢痕,无下睑外翻等并发症。结论采用眉弓外侧切口联合下睑结膜内切口入路方法进行眶颧颌骨折的早期整复治疗,方法简单,整复效果良好。
