注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的对比研究

Comparative study of Yanhuning injection treatment in children with viral pneumonia

目的观察注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效。方法将100例病毒性肺炎患儿随机平均分为两组,对照组常规使用利巴韦林注射液,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用注射用炎琥宁。结果观察组患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间和肺部啰音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短,治愈率显著提高。结论注射用炎琥宁能够有效佐治小儿病毒性肺炎。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yanhuning injection in treating viral pneumonia in children. Methods The 100 cases of viral pneumonia in children were randomly divided into two groups, the control group routine use of ribavirin injection, the observer group in the control group based on the joint use of the Yanhuning injection. Results Time of the observer group of patients fever, cough, disappearance time of pulmonary tales were significantly shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion Yanhuning injection effective adjuvant treatment of viral pneumonia in children.
