摘要
目的建立快速、简便、准确的结核病诊断与鉴别诊断方法。方法使用澳大利亚进口上海奥普医药公司分装TB-DOT试剂检测我院250例结核与非结核患者血清中的结核抗体,并进行比较分析。结果通过该法检测结果分析表明肺结核与肺外结核患者结核抗体阳性率均显著高于非结核患者。结论该检测方法操作简便、快速、准确率较高,可作为结核病诊断及鉴别诊断的方法之一。
Objective To constitute quick,succinct and accurate method of diagnose and identify diagnose of tuberculosis.Methods TB antibody of 250 tuberculosis and no tuberculosis patients in their serum and blood were detected by TB-DOT reagent from Australia.Then the results were compared and analyzed.Results TB antibody of pulmonary tuberculosis and out lung tuberculosis patients were significant higher than those of no tuberculosis patients.Conclusion It is a simple,quick and accurate method,and is one of methods which can be used to diagnose tuberculosis.
