红霉素及其衍生物在传染性疾病中的拓宽应用

摘要
本文对大环内酯类抗生素的代表药物红霉素及其衍生物(罗红霉素、克拉红霉素、阿齐红霉素等)近年在微小隐孢子虫、痢疾杆菌、幽门螺杆菌、伤寒杆菌、军团杆菌、立克次体、弓形体、各种分支杆菌感染及巴西紫癜热、猫抓病、鹦鹉热等方面的治疗新进展进行了综述。
