不同贮藏方式对新疆梨枣采后生理和贮藏效果的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Different Storage Treatments on Postharvest Physiology and Storage Effectiveness of Xinjiang Lizao Jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)

摘要 【目的】鲜枣极不耐贮,研究不同贮藏方式对新疆梨枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)采后生理和贮藏效果的影响,为其贮藏保鲜技术措施提供理论依据。【方法】设置7种不同贮藏方式的处理,分析了新疆梨枣贮期腐烂率、呼吸强度、乙烯释放量等10个生理和品质指标的变化。【结果】预冷和温度直接影响梨枣的贮藏效果:及时预冷处理和冷藏环境(0℃)能有效抑制梨枣的腐烂发生、呼吸、乙烯释放、总酸含量下降、SSC含量减少和转红速率,有利于维持果肉细胞膜透性、硬度和可食率,贮藏效果好;而其它的推迟预冷处理与常温环境的梨枣生理代谢水平活跃,品质下降较快,贮藏效果差。【结论】梨枣贮藏时首先应及时预冷,预冷后冷藏在较低的温度环境才能获得较好的贮藏效果。 【Objective】It is usually not easy to store fresh jujube,so it needs to study on the effect of different storing methods on the post-harvest physiology and storage result of Xinjiang Lizao(Zizyphus jujuba Mill).It hopes to provide theoretic basis for outline some effective fresh-keeping storage measures.【Method】Seven different treatments of storage were used to analyzed the change of 10 physiological and quality indicators,such as rot rate during storage,respiration inetnsity and ethylene production etc.【Result】It showed that precooling and temperature affected the storage effectiveness directly.Timely precooling and cold environment(0℃) could depress decaying,respiration,ethylene production,total acid content falling,SSC content falling and rubescence rate of Xinjiang Lizao jujube,which would be helpful for maintaining the membrane permeability of fruit cell,hardness and edible rate.So it had good storage effectiveness.While in other treatments of lag-cooling and storing at normal temperature,Lizao jujube furits had active postharvest physiological metabolism,which leads to fruit quality dropping and bad storage effectiveness.【Conclusion】For better storage effectiveness of Xinjiang Lizao jujube,it is important to have timely precooling and then store the fruits at lower temperature.
