论我国舆情信息机制的完善路径

Approaches to Improvement of Public Opinion Information Mechanism in China

加强舆情信息工作、建立舆情信息机制是加强党执政能力建设的一项重要任务,是掌握社会动态促进社会和谐的重要基础。目前舆情信息工作存在"报喜不报忧"、舆情信息质量参差不齐、工作科技含量不高等问题。改进现有工作,需要健全和完善舆情信息机制,应运用先进方法技术,完善舆情信息汇集机制;扩充舆情网络单位,完善舆情信息分析机制;制定"好信息"评价标准,完善工作绩效考核机制。

Public opinion information work is an important task in strengthening the construction of governing capacity of the Communist Party of China. At present, public opinion information work has such problems as reporting only the good but not the bad information, public opinion information quality irregularity, and low scientific level of the work. So we should make use of advanced methods and techniques to improve public opinion information collection mechanism, and expand public opinion information network to improve public opinion information analysis mechanism, and establish ＂good information＂ evaluation criteria to improve work performance appraisal mechanism.
