Development of International Cooperation Principle in the Field of International Environmental Conservation

国际合作是国际法的基本原则之一,国际环境合作是人类应对环境危机必然、理性的选择。国际环境合作更新了国际合作的理念,扩大了国际合作的主体,拓展了国际合作的方式。国际社会分而治之的政治格局与生态系统的整体性存在矛盾,为促进国际环境合作的发展,各国需以人类共同利益为出发点,让渡主权,坚守合作的承诺,以求实现保护地球环境的最终目标。

International cooperation is one of the basic principles in the international law and international cooperation on environment is a rational and inevitable choice for human being to deal with the environmental crisis. International coopera- tion on environment updates the concept of international cooperation and expands its scope and pattern. The divided politi- cal ruling set-up of the international community contradicts the integrity of the ecosystem. In order to facilitate the development of international cooperation on environment, countries should transfer the sovereignty and honor the commitment of cooperation on the basis of human being＇s common interest so as to realize the utmost goal of protecting the global environment.
