艾比湖湿地自然保护区植物群落多样性对土壤理化因子的响应 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】对新疆艾比湖湿地自然保护区土壤理化因子与植物群落多样性的关系进行研究。【方法】根据野外典型群落的样方调查数据和对应土壤的室内实验数据,运用典型相关分析法。【结果】调查区内的植物群落归属于15个群落类型。各群落的组成简单,多样性指数值都较低,且不存在较大差异。有机质含量和pH是影响艾比湖湿地自然保护区物种多样性均匀度的主要因子。植物群落多样性的变异被土壤理化因子第一典型变量解释的比例仅为5.8%。【结论】土壤理化因子对植物群落多样性的解释比例相当小,这说明还有很多未被测定的土壤环境因子影响着该地区的植物群落物种多样性,有待于进一步深入全面地对该地区的土壤微环境进行研究。 【Method】Based on field investigation and laboratory data,using the method of canonical correlation analysis.【objective】to study the relationship between soil factors and the diversity of vegetation community in Natural Reserve of the Ebinur Lake Wetland.【Result】The results show that the vegetation community in the research area is classified into 15 groups.The composition of communities is simple,the diversity indexs are low and there is no obvious difference.Organic matter contents and pH value are two major factors which have effects on the homogeneity of species diversity in the area.Only 5.8% of species diversity variance in vegetation community could be explained by the first canonical variable of soil variables.【Conclusion】The propotion that species diversity of vegetation community explained by soil variables was fairly small.It illustrates that in the area there are some other factors which may have effects on the vegetation community diversity and need to be tested.So micro soil environment in this region needs to be studied in depth.
