摘要
为了提高国产钢领的耐磨性,延长其使用寿命,分析了国产钢领的现状及与瑞士布雷克(BRACKER)钢领的差距,介绍了100铬钢领的加工工艺、各项性能,并与布雷克钢领进行了硬度对比分析,指出100铬钢领硬度略高于布雷克钢领,摩擦因数稳定,适应高速纺纱,其使用寿命可达3年以上。
In order to increase the anti-abrasion of the ring for longer service life, analysis is done to the cur- rent status of the domestic products and the difference from the products by Bracker Swiss. Introduction is made to the process making rings of chrome 100, specifications in contrast to the rigidity of the products by Bracker Swiss. Conclusion is made that the ring of Chrome 100 is better than the products of Bracker Swiss in rigidity, plus stable friction factor, thus applicable for speedy spinning with service life over three years.
