为了提高梳棉机的梳理质量,采取对实际生产中数据进行对比的方法,说明AC2030×1840型锡林针布的成纱千米棉结、棉网结杂、生条棉结指标优于AC2525×1550和AC2030×1540型锡林针布,指出矮、浅、薄、小工作角、大齿距的锡林针布更适合于纺长绒棉;同时提出,针布的包卷状态、包卷质量、维护保养也直接影响其梳理效能的发挥。

In order to to upgrade the carding quality of the carding machine,through contrast of the specifi- cations involved,conclusion is made that the cylinder card clothing AC2030× 1840 is better than the prod- uct of the same kind AC2525×1550 and AC2030 ×1540 regarding the main specifications. Conclusion is made that the cylinder card clothing featured with short, shallow, thin and small work angle and big tooth gauge is applicable for spinning of cotton with long fiber. Attention should be paid to the following：clothing binding process and binding quality and maintenance are closely related to carding performance.
