摘要
介绍了目前世界上比较先进的精梳、粗纱和细纱设备的技术创新点,如:精梳机大直径锡林、自洁顶梳和钳板隔距方便调节技术;粗纱机多电机传动、自动落纱和恒张力纺纱技术;细纱机纺纱几何参数的优化、单锭监控、多电机传动和双横动技术,以及纺花式纱、包芯纱和赛络纺的辅助装置。指出细纱机和其他设备的技术进步,不但要提高产品质量,而且要尽力满足市场需要。
Introduction is made to the innovation points of the world-adva equipments such as big diameter of the cylinder, technologies of self-el gauge of the panel, technologies of the multi-drive roving frame, auto-do need combing, roving and spinning caning top and easy regualtion of ffing and constant tension,optimi zation of the specifications of the spinning frame, single spindle control, multi-drive and double traverse motion, as well as assistant equipments of fancy yarn, core yarn and siro-spun yarn. Conclusion is made that progress of the spinning frame and the other equipments are required to upgrade the product quality and the demand of the market.
