基于国家文件视角对高职教育人才培养目标的思考

Thought on Personnel Cultivation Goals of Higher Vocational Education Based on National Documents

高等职业教育人才培养目标的确立应该是动态的,要充分考虑到五个方面的要素,即层次性、类型性、全面性、时代性和行业性。本文对我国高等职业教育人才培养目标的演进与发展历程进行梳理,并结合行业、产业的人才需求状况分析,提出当前我国高等职业教育的人才培养目标定位为:"培养拥护党的基本路线,德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的,适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的技术应用型人才和高技能人才。"

The establishment of personnel cultivation goals on higher vocational education should be dynamic and should fully take into account the five elements, namely, hierarchy, types, comprehensiveness,being contemporary and industry. In this article, the evolution and development process of cultivation goals on higher vocational education is sorted out. Combining the analysis on industry＇s talent demand, the location of personnel euhivation goals for higher vocational education of China is brought up, which is defined as ： Training technical talents and high-skilled personnel who support the Party＇s basic line, develop in all aspects of quality, intelligence, strength, aesthetics and so on and meet the need of production, construction, management and service.
