摘要
针对企业新产品研发团队知识管理绩效评价问题,根据知识管理相关理论构建了一套企业新产品研发团队知识管理绩效评价指标体系,通过算例将模糊评价法与指标体系相结合进行实证分析,研究结果表明该方法是有效、可行的。
With regard to the knowledge management achievements appraisal for novel products research and development team of enterprises, according to the relative theory of knowledge management, a set of achievements evaluating index system of enterprise knowledge management was constructed. Qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation are adopted to combine fuzzy evaluation method with achievements evaluating index systern. The findings prove this method valid and feasible .
