医用OB胶粘合大鼠子宫角的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文探索输卵管吻合的新方法。用SD雌性大鼠为模型,采用自身对照的实验设计,对50只大鼠的两侧子宫角分别施行显微缝合术及显微OB胶粘合术。结果显示:与显微缝合法相比,显微OB胶粘合法简便省时(P<0.001),二者在粘连程度、妊娠情况、通畅率及组织愈合方面无显著差鼻(P均>0.05)。OB胶粘合子宫角是可行的,大鼠子宫角与人输卵管结构相似,故临床应用OB胶粘合输卵管将提供一种新的输卵管吻合法。 Objective: Exploring a new method for anastomosis of fallopian tube. Methods: 50 female rats subjected to surgery are in an auto-control design. Microsurgical anastmosis is performed on One uterine horn with OB glue and on the other side with suture. Results: Compared with suturing .gluing technique is time-saving (P<0. 001) and simple in manipulation. There is no significant difference between the two methods with regard to adhesions formation. patency.pregnacy and histologic healing. Conclusion: OB glue is applicable in gluing uterine horns. The uterine horn of rat is similar to the tube of humans,so this paper suggests that OB glue assisted anostomosis has potential use in clinical tube reconstruction.
