摘要
本文探讨了磨合过程影响因素的综合评定方法,建立了磨合表面各种参数的数学模型,并定量地分析了初期磨合阶段各影响因素对磨合的作用,为合理地选择摩擦面的磨合因素提供了依据。本文还提出了用计算机仿真摩擦副的磨合过程的方法,使工程技术人员能正确地选择摩擦副的磨合规范,提高经济效益。
This paper is concerned with the complex evaluation method of effected factors during running-in. The mathematic models of surface parameters are suggested. The function of factors which affect running-in process, that can provide the basis for choosing the running-in factors of frictional surfaces. The computer emulation method of running-in is put forward here, which is convenient to choose the running-in standards correctly and can increase economic profit.
