摘要
本文利用硼改性纯酚醛树脂和丁腈橡胶共混的方法研制出J8601Z型胶粘剂,用其作为碳纤维摩阻材料的基料,具有强度高、韧性好、摩擦磨损性能良好,抗热衰退的特点。文中应用了混料比例法设计试验方案,得到J8601Z型胶粘剂在碳纤维摩阻材料中所取的最佳比份。并对碳纤维摩阻材料进行小擦摩、磨损性能和抗热衰退性能试验,结果表明:J8601Z型胶粘剂是碳纤维摩阻材料的理想基料。
This Paper develops a new type of cemedin J8601Z, which is made of the mixture of boron-phenoweld with paracril. The optimum cemedin content is obtcained through great number of experiments. Experimental results show that the arbon fibre frictional material which takes J8601Z as cemedin has the supurior properties on friction, wear-down and heat resistance.
