为解决减速器漏油设计了5种动密封装置,优选出双填料密封和迷宫填料密封,试验表明,以多种密封类型组合的结构较为理想;密封材料以填充聚四氟乙烯最好。密封圈已运转2650h,使用寿命将远大于此值。每年每台可节油20kg多,还改善了环境和维修加油时间等。
Five dynamic seals are designed to selve oil leakage in decelerator, and their optimum selections are double gland packing and labyrinth gland packing. Tests show that ideal structure is the combination of many types of seals and sealing material had best to take filling PTFE. Sealing rings have run for 2650 hours, oil saving may be 20kg per year in a decelerator, and environment is improved.
