摘要
本文叙述了砝码加载式高压毛细管压粘仪的基本原理。给出了10号机械油、25号变压器油、20号机械油和20号汽轮机油在不同温度下的压粘关系,测试最高压力为0.1GPa,测试温度为13℃、40℃和100℃。测试结果表明:这4种矿物油的压粘系数α随温度的升高而变小。
This paper describes the principle of high pressure Viscometer added loads by the standard weights,which is designed by the authors. And the pressure-viscosity relations for the No. 10 machine oil, No.25 transformer oil, No.20 machine oil and No.20 turbine oil are measured. The highest measuremental pressure is 0.1 GPa, the measuremental temperature are 13℃, 40℃ and 100℃. The results show that the pressure-viscosity coefficient α of the four mineral oils are increasing with the increasing of the temperature.
