人工驯化细叶杜香镇咳祛痰作用

Effects of Relieving Cough and Expelling Phlegm for Domesticated Ledum palustre var. angustum

采用氨水致咳法和小鼠酚红排泌法研究人工驯化细叶杜香(Ledum palustre var.angustum N.Bush)水蒸气蒸馏液对小鼠的镇咳祛痰作用。结果表明:人工驯化细叶杜香水蒸气蒸馏液可明显抑制氨水所致小鼠的咳嗽反应,使咳嗽次数减少、引咳潜伏期延长;对小鼠气管痰液分泌具有明显的促进作用,使酚红排泌量增加。说明人工驯化细叶杜香水蒸气蒸馏液具有一定的镇咳、祛痰作用。

The mice were induced to cough by steam of ammonia water and phenolsulfonphthalein excretion.The effects of relieving cough for the distilled liquid of domesticated Ledum palustre var.angustum N.Bush was studied by counting how many times the mice cough.Results show that the distillation of domesticated L.palustre var.angustum can restrain the cough in mice induced by ammonia,reduce coughing,and lengthen the incubation period of induced cough.And the distillation of domesticated L.palustre var.angustum also has a promotive effect on the secretory juice of trachea sputum,which can increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion amount.It is proved that the distillation of domesticated L.palustre var.angustum has certain effects on relieving cough and expelling phlegm.
