侧柏树皮和根部挥发油化学组成 被引量:6

Composition of Essential Oils from Bark and Roots of Platycladus Orientalis

摘要 以水蒸气蒸馏法提取侧柏树皮和根部挥发油,利用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对侧柏树皮和根部挥发油成分进行分析和比较,分别鉴定出32个和77个化合物,其中侧柏树皮挥发油主要挥发性成分为(-)-4-萜品醇(20.866%)、雪松醇(14.151%)和罗汉柏烯(12.843%);侧柏根部挥发油主要挥发性成分为罗汉柏烯(16.955%)和雪松醇(9.377%)。侧柏树皮与根部挥发油中都含有较多的倍半萜类物质。 Essential oils were obtained from bark and root of Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco by hydrodistillation,and their chemical compositions were analyzed by Gas chromatography/Mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of 32 and 77 compounds were identified in essential oils from bark and root of P. orientalis,respectively. The main components of the essential oil from bark are 4-terpineo(20.866%),cedrol(14.151%) and thujopsene(12.843%),while the main components of the essential oil from root are thujopsene(16.955%) and cedrol(9.377%). The essential oils from both bark and root of P. orientalis contain high percent of sesquiterpenes.
