4种百里香属植物种皮微形态比较

Seed-coat Micromorphology of Four Thymus Species

以黑龙江省野生地被百里香属植物东北百里香(Thymus mandschuricus Ronn.)、显脉百里香(Thymus nervulosus Klok.)、兴凯百里香(Thymus przewalskii Nakai)、兴安百里香(Thymus dahuricus Serg.)4个种为研究对象,对种子微形态进行了比较研究。结果表明:百里香属植物种子表面微形态在种的水平上具有一定的分类学意义,同一类群进行分类时应选择同一面;种皮初级雕纹都是无方向性的,兴凯百里香种皮腹面为网纹纹饰,东北百里香的为嚼烂状纹饰,负网纹纹饰的显脉百里香网眼形状为近不规则四边形或不规则五边形,兴安百里香网眼形状为近圆形,种间差异明显。本结果可为百里香属的植物分类提供依据。

A study was conducted to compare the seed-coat micromorphology of four wild ground cover species, Thymus mandschuricus Ronn., T. nervulosus Klok., T. przewalskii Nakai., and T. dahuricus Serg., collected from Heilongjiang Province. Results show that the seed-coat micromorphology of plants of the genus Thymus has some taxonomic significance at species level, so the classification of the same group should be selected the same side. Primary sculpture of seed coat is nondirectional. For the four species of plants, ventral surface of T. przewalskii seeds is reticulate ornamentation, while that of T. mandschuricus seeds is poltophagy ornamentation. Mesh shape of negative reticulate ornamentation of T. nerveless is near irregular square or irregular pentagon, while that of T. dahuricus is subcircular. Therefore, their interspecific differences are obvious.
