摘要
信江是我省洪灾最频繁的一条大河．１９９８年信江再度大水，且大大超过历史最高洪水位，灾情严重，引起社会的广泛关注．信江干流河道行洪不畅，是洪灾频发的主要原因．文章探讨了信江河道行洪不畅的原因，并提出其相应的对策．
Xinjing river is the most frequent river of flood disaster in our province.There is a big flood in Xinjiang in 1998 and the flood level is much higher than the most high history flood level.This serious flood distaster was payed attention to by the whole nation.The reason of frequent flood disaster is unclear channel.This paper probed the reason of unclear clannel and put forward the relevent countermeasure.
