浸银石墨是一种耐高温、耐腐蚀的密封抗磨材料。它已在9000°G、4200rpm、20MPa的燃气,PV值达200MPa·m/s以上高工况条件下的某些关键部件上成功的应用。本文介绍了浸银石墨的性能;国内外发展动态;摩擦磨损特性及在高温干摩擦条件下应用实例。
Graphite dipped with Ag is a sealing material which can resist high temperature and corrosion medium. It has been successively used in following working conditions: 900℃, 4200rpm, 20MPa and PV 200MPa·m/s. The paper presents its performances and development state at home and abroad. Some applications in high temp. and dry friction are also listed.
