摘要
基于引风机性能试验数据,提出引风机三种改型方案,并进行改型设计参数计算,对比分析各改型方案的技术特点,最终确定将甲侧引风机改造为Y4-60-14№25F风机;改造后风机效率提高12%左右,节电率高达20%左右,经济效益明显。
Based on the data of induced draft fan performance test,three retrofitting projects of the induced draft fan are introduced,and retrofitting design parameters are determined carefully.Technical features of three retrofitting projects are contrasted and analyzed.Finally,the right induced draft fan is retrofitted into Y4-60-14№25F.After retrofit,the efficiency of the induced draft fan is raised by about twelve per cent,energy saving rate is up to about twenty per cent,economic benefit is prominent.
