摘要
为准确计算沥青混合料的空隙率等体积参数,文章采用沥青浸渍法测定多孔安山岩沥青混合料的最大理论相对密度。分别采用集料浸渍法、矿料混合料浸渍法和沥青混合料浸渍法3种方法来测定,对测定结果进行分析比较表明,沥青浸渍法测试数据变异性小、稳定性好;根据3种方法的特点,指出了各自在工程中的适用性;用浸渍法和计算法分别进行配合比设计,比较沥青混合料的马歇尔指标、水稳定性能和高温稳定性能,结果表明,浸渍法测定的最大理论相对密度与计算法相比更接近真实值,更为合理。
Asphalt immersion method is used in testing the maximum theoretical relative density of porous andesitic aggregate to calculate volume parameters of the asphalt mixture such as void ratio.Aggregate immersion method,mineral aggregate mixture immersion method and asphalt mixture immersion method are used in the testing.The analysis and comparison of the test results show that the data of asphalt immersion method has low variability and good stability.The applicability of three methods is also pointed out in view of their own characteristics.Immersion method and calculation method are used separately in the design of the mixture ratio,and the maximum theoretical relative density tested by immersion method is closer to the real value and more reasonable than calculation method by comparing the Marshall index,water stability and high temperature stability.
