基于BAPP-DDS-BTDA的聚酰亚胺的合成与表征

摘要 用3,3′,4,4′-二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)作为二酐,2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPP)和4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)作为二胺,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,合成了3种聚酰亚胺。先用BAPP和/或DDS同BTDA反应生成一系列聚酰胺酸(PAA),然后将得到的PAA用热或者化学亚胺化制备相应的聚酰亚胺。用FT-IR、1H-NMR、粘度测试、溶解性测试和TGA对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,FT-I R测试在1 780cm-1、1 720cm-1和725cm-1左右出现了聚酰亚胺的特征吸收峰,它们有很好的热稳定性,在氮气气氛中,10%失重温度为529.5~580.3℃,800℃残余百分率为57.31%~66.57%。 Three kinds of polyimides were synthesized by using 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA) as the dianhydride monomer,2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane(BAPP) and 4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS) as the diamine monomer in dimethylformamide(DMF).The BAPP and/or DDS reacted with BTDA to prepare a series of polyamic acid(PAA),meanwhile,corresponding polyimides were obtained via the thermal or chemical imidization procedures of the resulting PAA.The structure and performance of the polymer were characterized by FT-IR,^1H-NMR,viscosity test,solubility test and TGA.The test results from FT-IR show that the characteristic peaks appear in polyimides around 1 780 cm^-1、1 720 cm^-1 and 725 cm^-1.They have good thermal stability with 10% weight loss temperatures around 529.5~580.3 ℃,and have a 57.31~66.57% of residual percentage at 800 ℃ in nitrogen atmosphere.
