摘要
采用碳纤维(CF)和硫酸钡(BaSO4)两种填料混杂填充制备CF/BaSO4/PTFE复合材料,在固定CF用量为10%的条件下,探讨了BaSO4用量对CF/BaSO4/PTFE复合材料拉伸性能、硬度和磨损性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料磨损表面进行分析研究。结果表明:BaSO4用量对复合材料的性能有很大影响,当其质量分数为20%时,复合材料耐磨性能最好,综合性能最佳。SEM分析表明:CF、BaSO4能比较均匀地分布在PTFE基体中。
A new reinforced CF/BaSO4/PTFE composite was prepared by hybriding carbon fiber(CF) and barium sulfate(BaSO4) particle fillers.With the amount of CF fixing at 10wt%,the effects of the amount of BaSO4 on the tensile strength,hardness and wear property of the CF/BaSO4/PTFE composite were investigated,and the wear surfaces of the composite were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the amount of BaSO4 influences the properties of the composite.The composite displays the best wear resistance performance when the mass percentage of BaSO4 is 20wt%.The SEM analysis of the CF/BaSO4/PTFE composite indicates that CF and BaSO4 are dispersed homogeneously in PTFE.
