化学亚胺化在二层法单面挠性覆铜板中的应用

摘要 对化学亚胺化在涂布法二层FCCL中的应用进行了研究。分析结果发现,以醋酸酐为脱水剂,三乙胺或吡啶为促进剂,对聚酰胺酸溶液先进行部分化学亚胺化,再进行高温亚胺化,可以改善两层FCCL蚀刻后的卷曲现象,且涂布时的温度和残留溶剂量对尺寸稳定性没有影响,采用较高温度进行涂布可以提高生产效率。 The application of chemical imidization in a coating method,two-layer flexible copper clad laminate(2L-FCCL) was studied.We found that the use of acetic anhydride as dehydrating agent and triethylamine or pyridine as a promoter in partial chemical imidization of polyamic acid solution firstly and then imidization at high-temperature can diminish the curling of 2L-FCCL after etching.The coating temperature and the residual amount of solvent don't affect the dimensional stability,so the 2L-FCCL can be coated at high temperature and thereby the production efficiency be greatly increased.
