红外波段双负介质的研究进展

摘要 介绍了红外波段双负介质的最新进展,阐述了3种在红外波段实现负折射率的方法,包括简单的短线对结构、镀膜的Polaritonic球结构以及树枝状单元结构,并对比了各种方法的优缺点和制作工艺实现的难易程度,总结了双负介质的现状及未来发展的趋势。 In this paper, the latest development of infrared double negative material is introduced. Three methods of achieving negative refraction index are described in detail, including simple short wire pairs structure, Polaritonic sphere structure and dendritic cells structure. At last, the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as their fabrication are analyzed and discussed.
