新型脂环-芳香族聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备及其性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(NJXBAPP)、3,3'-二甲基-4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷(DMDC)与2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA)在强极性非质子有机溶剂中进行聚合反应,得到了粘稠状的聚酰胺酸(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PAA)溶液,涂膜,热亚胺化,获得了相应的聚酰亚胺(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PI)薄膜。利用差示扫描量热计(DSC)、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计等仪器,对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:该薄膜具有良好的疏水性、热稳定性和力学性能,较宽的光谱范围内具有良好的透明性,吸水率为3.12%。 The viscoNovel viscous polyamic acid(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PAA) solution was preparedby polycondensation reaction between 2,2'-bis[4-(4-amino phenoxy) phenyl] propane(NJXBAPP),3,3'-dimethyl-4,4'-diamino dicyclohexyl methane(DMDC) and 2,2'-bis [4-(3,4-dicarboxylic phenoxy) phenyl] propane dianhydride(BPADA) in the polar aprotic organic solvent,and the corresponding polyimide(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PI) film was also obtained by thermal imidization of NJXBAPPDMDC-BPADA/PAA thin layer.Then,the properties of the obtained film were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),Fourier transfer infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) and UV/visible spectrophotometer.
