摘要
建立了大气压空气中介质阻挡放电(DBD)的实验装置,研究了电源频率f对DBD放电参量的影响,并结合放电理论对实验结果进行分析,以期为DBD的实际工业应用提供参考。分析结果表明:随着电源频率的增加,放电参量如放电持续时间Δt、气隙等效电容Cg等非线性减小,单周期传输电荷量ΔQ、介质等效电容Cd、放电功率P、放电电流幅值If以及容性电流幅值Ir等非线性增加。
To better apply dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) to practical industrial use,an equipment for generating DBD and a corresponding measurement system were developed.Influences of frequency on the discharge parameters of DBD were studied and the experimental results were analyzed according to gas discharge theory.Results show that the discharge duration Δt and equivalent capacitances of gas gap Cg decrease non-linearly with the increase of applied voltage frequency;the transported charge in a single cycle of applied voltagee ΔQ,equivalent capacitance of dielectric Cd,discharge power P,the magnitude of discharge current If and the magnitude of capacitive discharge current Ir increase non-linearly with the increase of applied voltage frequency.
