同种异体骨钉固定骨块的椎管扩大成形术的术后护理

Postoperative Care of Allograft Bone Nail for Fixation Bone of Vertebral Foramer Laminoplasty

目的探讨同种异体骨钉固定骨块的椎管扩大成形术术后护理方法及其效果。方法对我院骨科收治的20例行同种异体骨钉固定骨块椎管扩大成形术患者术后给予专科护理、心理护理及常规护理,观察相关护理对患者康复的作用及效果。结果20例患者中,术后19例达到良好的骨性愈合,1例好转。全部椎管直径较术前扩大50%以上,临床效果满意。未发生手术并发症。结论同种异体骨钉固定骨块的椎管扩大成形术是一种经济、安全、有效的椎管成形重建术;术后给予正确、恰当的护理能很好地重建脊柱稳定性,减少硬脊膜黏连,使骨块提早愈合,避免并发症的发生,可提高手术成功率。

Objective To discuss methods and effects of postoperative care of allograft bone nail for fixation bone of vertebral foramer laminoplasty.Methods To offer special care to 20 cases after the operation of allograft bone nail for fixation bone of vertebral foramer laminoplasty and to observe the effects and results of corresponding care on patients′ rehabilitation.Results 20 cases received the medical treatment and care,in which the patients of all 19 cases were fully recovered and 1 case was improved.All the vertebral foramer diameter compared with the preoperative expands more than 50%.This is a satisfaction of the clinical.Through the special nursing care,the recovery time was shortened without any surgical complications.Conclusion The allograft bone nail for fixation bone of vertebral foramer laminoplasty is an economical,safe,and effective laminoplasty method.Complications of surgery could be prevented,recovery time could be lessened,and success rate could be enhanced by giving the accurate and proper care after surgery.
