摘要
脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)是颈椎退行性改变导致的脊髓功能障碍性疾病,是骨科常见病。本研究结合颈段脊柱、颈部脊髓的解剖特点及相关文献报道,对CSM患者手术入路及方式的选择进行了讨论,并对各种手术方式的优劣进行了比较。
Cervical spondylotic myelopathy is a spinal cord dysfunctional disease caused by degenerative changes of the cervical vetebrates.It is a common disease in orthopeadics.In this article,we discussed the selection of surgical approach and manner in patients with CSM and compared the pros and cons of various surgical methods by combining the anatomical characteristics of the cervical spine and related literatures.
