动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血预后危险因素研究进展

Prognosis of Patients with Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

本文通过中文文献检索中国知网(chinanational knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)中国期刊全文数据库、外文文献检索PubMed,检索词采用蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)、动脉瘤(aneurysm)及预后(prognosis)。研究影响动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后的相关因素,为颅内动脉瘤的治疗提供理论依据。结果显示,动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的预后受Hunt-Hess分级、年龄、合并高血压、手术方式以及手术时机等多种因素影响。

To investigate the main factors influencing prognosis of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH） to provide theoretic foundation for intracranial aneurysm treatment.Chinese and English literatures were searched for in China Journal Full-text database of CNKI and PubMed.The result is,prognosis of SAH patients was affected by Hunt-Hess grade,age,hypertension,surgical approach and timing of surgery and many other factors.
