摘要
上市公司配股和公开增发时以低于市场价格发行股票,给投资者以一定的折扣。文章在对折扣率进行理论分析的基础上,采用实证研究的方法,对配股和公开增发的折扣率进行统计描述,并就折扣率对投资者行为的影响进行分析。
When listed companies refinance themselves by means of rationed shares and public placement,they issue stocks at the below-market price so that investors can enjoy a certain discount.Based on the theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned discount rate,the paper made a statistical description of the discount rate concerning rationed shares and public placement with empirical study approach and analyzed the effect of the discount rate on investor behavior.
