袋式除尘器PLC控制系统改进

摘要 本文以广西明阳的袋式除尘器为对象,对其控制系统进行改进,采用矩阵控制,实现了输出点数以及继电器数量的减少,PLC控制器位于中央控制室,I/O设备(输入和输出)在本地分布式运行,凭借PROF I BUS DP其高数据传输率的特点,确保在控制器CPU和I/O设备之间通讯顺畅,减少了电缆的铺设以及电磁信号的干扰:同时通过触摸屏的可交互式的优势,实现了整个系统的脉动宽度、间隔、周期时间等可以及时交互的更改设定。 In this paper,according to Guangxi,Ming-yang bag filter,to improve their control systems using matrix control to achieve the output reduction in the number of points as well as the relays;The controller CPU is located in the central control room,I/ O devices(input and output) in the local and distributed operation,by virtue of its PROFIBUS DP the characteristics of high data transfer rate to ensure that the controller CPU and I/O and smooth communication between devices,reducing the cable laying and the electromagnetic signal interference;At the same time,through an interactive touch screen that can be advantages to achieve the pulse width of the whole system, interval,cycle time,etc.can be interactive and timely changes to settings.
