摘要
传统的太阳能热水器存在受气候影响大、水温不稳定等缺陷,为解决这一问题,设计了一种将太阳能与传统能源相结合的新型太阳能热水器。本文对西门子可编程控制器应用于太阳能热水器的设计思想做了介绍,并对控制系统的硬件设计和软件编程进行了详细阐述。实际使用情况表明,基于西门子PLC的集热式太阳能热水器不仅节能环保,而且工作可靠,操作方便。
The traditional solar water heater has some defects.It＇s vulnerable to climate changes and the water temperature is unstable.So a new solar water heater which combined solar energy and traditional energy is designed to solve this problem.This paper mainly introduces the design thought of Simens PLC applying for the new solar water heater.It also gives a statement on the hardware of the control system and the design of software.The application on the spots shows that this new solar water heater based on Simens PLC not only save energy and protect the invironment,but also works reliably and operates conveniently.
